So, I am a certified "agogisch" worker, a specific kind of social work. 
And I tried to translate the term (for no reason) and 'agogic' came up, which means: 

Definition of agogic:

"of or relating to agoge or agogics especially to variations in tempo within a piece or movement" *

And; refers to the nuance of the music tempo.
That suits me; the setter of pace. 
The pacemaker...which sounds a lot like peacemaker.
